- Hold a valid Driver’s License if renting a vehicle.
User Responsibilities
For Renters:
- Present valid and legitimate identification (Driver’s License, Passport, or Government-issued ID).
- Use the rented vehicle responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Return the vehicle in the same condition as provided.
- Pay all applicable fees, including rental costs, penalties, or damages.
- Ensure transactions occur only through the Arkilla platform.
For Owners/Providers:
- Provide accurate information about vehicles listed on the platform.
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition and ensure it is roadworthy.
- Fulfill all rental agreements made with renters.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use fraudulent or fake identification.
- Engage in transactions outside the Arkilla platform.
- Use vehicles for illegal activities.
- Damage or misuse the Arkilla platform.
Payment and Fees
- All payments must be processed through the Arkilla platform.
- Fees and charges, including rental costs and service fees, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Users are responsible for any additional costs, such as fines, tolls, or damage repairs.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in accordance with the platform’s cancellation policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the Arkilla platform.
Limitation of Liability
Arkilla is not liable for:
- Accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of rented vehicles.
- Disputes between renters and car owners/providers.
